in fact, Jesus' birth is the greatest gift. but it's for us, not him.

as the first week of break and 2009 is winding down and coming to an end, i need to get some FOCUS. gotta own the apps. let's end this year right!

new year's resolution-ish topics:
1) dont give up on school-- and life-- because i am a second semester senior.
2) be nicer to my stupid little brother (oops)
3) learn to appreciate people more (friends& family most of all)
4) curb my occasional(i hope) rude mean behavior
5) learn to show emotions/ open up to people
6) know when to shut up
7) RESTRAINT& FOCUS
8) become a wiser money-spender

yay. i ended on my favorite number again.


random fact of the day:
growing up sandwiched between two obnoxious boys (as i write they have declared war on our house and have now proceeded to shoot nerf guns at each other.. keep in mind one is 11 and the other is... 19) has made me very adamant about girls getting equal treatment hmm, or better yet it's made me "an advocate for female independence" loll. but this seems to have made people think that i "wear that pants" in the relationship (whatever kind of relationship it is).
first of all, we all wear pants now so that phrase is a bit obsolete no?
and two, NO.
i hate when people say that.
