The Life of a Miniature Giant: A Novel.

-Much of the work that students do at Emerson College is a form of storytelling. If you were to write the story of your life until now, what would you title it? Why? Please be brief (100-200 words).

I think in many ways, my life is contradictory. So what better title for my life story than one that includes a very puzzling oxymoron? Of course, I had to be related to a miniature giant because though I am obviously no Jack and the Beanstalk giant, in my point of view, I am only one teensy step below him. Also, although I am skirting the 6 foot mark, I am actually relatively young for my age. People will frequently mistaken me for a college student though I, unfortunately, will not even have the pleasure or opportunity to vote until I am settled into my freshman year of college. Lastly, though I often feel grand and large in my mind, reality has proved that I am just another person in this enormous world. I am the miniature giant who believed that she could take the world by storm, only to realize that she had been looking at herself through a magnifying glass.

Finally, I added the "A Novel" note at the end to warn the readers that my life story was going to be long. No short stories or haikus can adequetely describe my life.

this was a part of my emerson supplement.
interesting question huh? and i'm proud to say that i stayed within the word limit.

hm, im very ambivalent about whether or not im going to commit. unsure if i'd like to spend 4 years at a teeny weeny college full of artsy drama people. dont think i'd survive.
at least this acceptance= happy parents= lenient parents= happy break.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY! enjoy your break and stay safe!
