slow down&relax.

-i need to get some time management skills.
-i took a nap today, first in a couple months.

oddfactaboutme: when im stressing out or really antsy, i have a hard time breathing. haha so if you ever see me taking deep breaths and blowing air out of my mouth.. im probably having a mini freakout... just fyi
